Traffic fines bring smiles to faces of traffic police

All is not going well with the new traffic rules which the government of Goa  brought by force so that the people follow the traffic rules of this country but the question is,  will the traffic cell and transport department see that all goes well on road. How can traffic cell and Transport department fines the citizens of this country when they themselves are not following the rules and regulations which should be there on the road for the safety of public. Where there are signboards there are no speed breakers, no zebra crossing lines painting,  parking line or other boards which are required on the road. This clearly shows how much the government is serious about the safety of the people. The people of this country has not expected such high fines from the government of Goa which has already made holes in their pockets. All we can see are big smiles on traffic police faces as they  will be benefitted by the increased fines. The government of Goa should immediately review and revise the fines and provide proper facilities on the roads for the public.
