The recent tragic train accident hardly seems to have had any effect on our sartorially inclined and camerajeevi PM. Clips of a supposedly 'high level meeting' chaired by the PM to discuss the tragedy went viral on social media, ofcourse there were photographers and videographers in the room to record the 'event' for fawning acolytes.
It was only after a lot of hullabaloo on social media that the PM choppered down to the accident site. Cries of Modi, Modi, Modi by his bhakts rent the air as he landed, a shameful act on such a sombre occasion.
Thereafter we witnessed the singular sight of the rail mantri emerging from below one of the mangled bogies sans any safety gear or helmet purely for the benefit of the cameras.
Many of our railway ministers in the past have resigned, owning up moral responsibility for accidents.
If PM takes all the credit for the good happening in the country and indulge in self aggrandisement, he should also take responsibility for this tragedy and step down forthwith, but that's asking for too much... isn't it?
