Vehicles with tinted glasses on the rise in Panaji city

So many vehicles are coming from other states in Goa and so many accidents are taking place and the police are unable to control rise of accidents. Vehicles are speeding and zooming like anything and Panjimites are not secure on roads. Everyday we see vehicles with tinted glasses  zooming the city and many are unattended on roads and CCP has no manpower to clear them. Police are busy  issuing challans for no driving licence and other illegalities but roads are in deplorable condition. Time has come to keep our vehicles in our garage and make a habit of walking down to the city for our daily shopping and other activities. Luckily rain has subsided to certain extent but daily purchases have gone for a toss.  CCP needs to clear lots of fallen trees everywhere. I was forced to write this letter as I saw a car on my lane fallen in the gutter from Wednesday and no one has bothered to remove as I find difficulty to take out my 4-wheeler and go shopping. This situation is alarming not only in my area but whole of Panaji city is in the same condition.
