A sinister playbook and present climate of fear

Looking at the Cockroach Janta Party protests and it's aftermath we can conclude that India's current political culture is monarchical, kakistocratic and neo fascist where the common man counts for nothing. It is becoming a sinister, Kafkaesque playbook,. The Constitution (or whatever mangled shreds of it that  remain) proposes, BNS disposes. The so called revision of the British imperialist era's Indian Penal Code enables local cops, pliant judges aligned with the ruling dispensation 's ideology, special exceptional provisions in law and twisted interpretation of statutes to pulverise the fundamental rights of citizens. The Congress must share the blame for doing nothing on this for decades. There's no use crying over declining institutions when they can be captured by stealth, wealth, loopholes or subterfuge. Cry my beloved country, for there is absolutely nothing to be happy about in the present climate of fear.
