If you enjoy eating cheese for breakfast, you will have noticed that the taste has changed in recent months. It tastes more like yellow paneer. This is because it is analogue cheese. The difference between analogue cheese and real cheese is that real cheese is made mainly of milk while analogue cheese is made mainly of (cheaper) vegetable oil. Real cheese is firm, crusty and devoid of any shine. Analogue cheese is the opposite. It is limp, smooth, and slightly glossy. Reputed companies produce genuine cheese but the market is flooded with analogue cheese.
