People use it to get information, learn new things, and communicate with others. However, many people waste their valuable time watching unnecessary videos and scrolling through social media. In my opinion, the excessive use of social media affects students' studies and wastes their time. Sometimes, people also spread fake news and false information through these platforms. I hope people will understand this problem and take steps to use social media in a positive way.
