A tale as old as time retold in a brand new packaging! The original Beauty and the Beast Disney movie released in 1991 is one of Disney's most elegant animated offerings. 'Beauty and the Beast' was the first animated film to be nominated for the Oscars for Best Picture. But now, after a prolonged period of almost two decades, Disney has finally decided to remake a live action movie of their immensely successful animated feature film of the same name. Both the films are based on the fairy tale ‘La Belle et la Bête’ by Jeanne-Marie Leprince de Beaumont. Previously in 2009, Disney began progress on a film adaptation but canned the project as they felt that the technology then, could not do justice to the original film, but after making other live-action fantasy films such as Alice in Wonderland, Maleficent, Cinderella and The Jungle Book. Bill Condon signed on to direct the film. The final trailer for Disney's live-action "Beauty and the Beast" has been released and it's full of familiar scenes and sounds. While it has been touted that the film will feature the original music as well as some brand-new songs, the latest trailer sticks to the classic title track of the soundtrack, this time sung by Ariana Grande and John Legend.
