Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan recently revealed that he plans to bring the iconic and one of the highest rated television series of all time, Breaking Bad, to the Indian Shores. If he manages to do that, he will be following the footsteps of Anil Kapoor, who has brought in 24 as well as the desi remake of Modern Family to television. However, unlike Anil Kapoor’s plans, Shah Rukh Khan will make remaking the series into a Hindi movie, and he might cast himself in it as the lead role. The reason for making this into a movie is that, he feels our audience is not yet ready to accept shows that has drugs, mafia and bloodshed on Indian television.
