Choosing and cultivating good friendships can also result in building up self-esteem. As it is said “man behaves in the company he keeps”.
Thus by doing anything to enhance one’s self confidence and self-esteem, one can get rid of inferiority complex. Ignore people and things which pull you down and you will be able to resurrect a new image of yourself of a worthy and wholesome individual.
