The second edition of the Summer Street Festival is back at the Jardim Garcia de Orta, Panaji. A vibrant family oriented festival, the event focuses on the concept of bringing together street food, street art and street music. Apart from a varied array of of stalls selling clothes, jewellery, toys etc and a number of popular bands performing, the festival has also introduced the concept of street cinema with some interesting films from little Charlie Chaplin to Japanese animation being screened. Street musicians like the Lemongrass Buskers also add to the entertainment.

Bollywood actress Sunny Leone has taken up a new role in her career, by turning a writer. Leone has written a book titled "Sweet Dreams", which includes 12 short stories. "Writing wasn't on my mind.
