Celebrate every conceivable shade of love at Sensorium 2015, an avant garde festival of the arts, which opens to the audience from December 15. If you are one of those who have or have wanted to walk around the aesthetic old quarters of Panaji city, this is an event you would not want to miss.

Hosted by Sunaparanta, Sensorium 2015 will feature exquisite collections of art by Indian and international contemporary visual artistes presented by some of the country’s top art repositories like Nature Morte, Photoink, Vadehra Art Gallery, Lakeeren Gallery, Experimenter and Jhaveri Contemporary.

The event this year deals with love and all its shades, exposing the audience to every aspect of the emotion and its vagaries which include its beauty, unpredictability, extra-ordinariness, pain, fear, etc.

Isheta Salgaocar is the event’s executive producer, while Siddharth Dhanvant Shangvi is the festival’s honorary director. Sensorium's Exhibitions Curator is Leandré D'Souza, while the performance art chapters for the festival will be curated by globally feted performance artist Nikhil Chopra (along with Madhavi Gore and Romain Loustau all of the Heritage Hotel).

Titled Love, the festival which opens on December 15 will run until February 15, 2016.

Sensorium 2015 will also host a string of allied events along with Edition Love. The highlights which should not be missed out on include the Shanghvi Salon, that features conversations with top artistes like Bharti Kher, Anju and Atul Dodiya and the Sunaparanta annual lecture, which will be delivered by Columbia University’s Prof. Vidya Dehejia.

Those with musical and dramatic pursuits would do well not to miss the presentation of theThe Cenere Project by Italian musicians Allulli, Ceccarelli and the Fraboni Trio in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Centre and the Twelfth Night by the UK’s acclaimed Filter Theater Group, in partnership with the British Council respectively.

After all what is love, without a touch of Shakespeare.
