Those with a passion and fascination for photography must try to attend this unique ‘Night Sky Photography’ workshop today evening.
The workshop is being organised as part of a grand festival of science and technology ‘Science Fiesta’ hosted by the Goa Science Centre to commemorate National Science Day.
All you need to attend this workshop is a camera, preferably DSLR and if possible your own tripod.
The workshop will help photographers grasp the wonders of night sky photography and help them master the basic techniques required to snap starry night skies. The resource person for the workshop is Rakesh Rao, a science enthusiast and film maker who specializes in making scientific documentaries, which includes a film on the construction of Indian Scientific Station ‘Bharati’ on Larsemann Hill in Antarctic.
He has also been activity involved with Amateur Astronomers organization the “Association of friends of Astronomy”, Goa for the last 15 years and has been promoting Astronomy in schools and colleges across the country. Night Sky Photography workshop
