Direct-selling FMCG firm Amway India on Friday announced Bollywood actor Farhan Akhtar as its brand ambassador to promote Nutrilite range of the products.
Amway India CEO Anshu Budhraja said: “We needed a strong and credible face who could help people understand the role of supplementation in addition to balanced diet and exercise as part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Farhan Akhtar was an obvious choice.” “We are confident that Farhan’s association will provide a further fillip to the Nutrilite brand in the country,”he added. Amway India plans to launch a big campaign in early 2016.
