The Vinyl Records, an all girl indie rock band comprising Banu, Minam and Mithy, all from Arunachal Pradesh and vocalist and keytarist Cheyyrian Bark from Assam rocked the party at the Hard Rock Hotel in Calangute on January 30. Fresh from performing at Indigo Live Music Bar, Bangalore, The Vinyl Records were on a two city tour, rocking their way with scintillating performances. Having taken the Indian indie music scene by storm, the four-piece all girl rock band got the party rolling and kept the tempo high throughout. Taking cues from musical inspirations such as CSS, Joan Jett, The Clash, The Strokes and the B-52’s, The Vinyl Records did indeed put on an unforgettable show!
