Sam Coleman, who played young Hodor (a.k.a. Wyllis) in several flashbacks in Season 6 of Game of Thrones, has written a piano-infused tribute to the character called “Hold the Door.” The song honors Hodor’s early life as a stable boy at Winterfell, where he describes, “watching Starks turn into men from boys.” It also describes how he protected Bran for so long, and that when the time comes he will “hold the door.”On the show, Hodor sacrificed himself to save Bran and Meera from the White Walkers.
