One of the funniest performers around, Melissa McCartyhas been in the business for a long time appearing on TV shows like Gilmore Girls, Mike and Molly and Samantha Who. In fact her work in Mke and Molly won her a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy series. It was her acting in Bridesmaids that really got her all the attention earning her an Academy and BAFTA nomination. She also got everyone laughing with her antics in The Heat and Identity Thief. She proved her mettle yet again with films like Spy, Ghostbusters and The Boss which she co-wrote with husband Ben Falcone.

After doing time in flicks like "Corky Romano" or "Out Cold" the underground comedian finally hit his mainstream stride as Alan Garner, the wildcard weirdo in "The Hangover." He proved it wasn't a fluke by holding his own opposite Robert Downey Jr. in "Due Date," and went on to reprise his role as Alan in the Hangover sequels.
Will Ferrell
Another comedy master, Will Ferrell had everyone rolling on the floor with his brilliant act as an overgrown but lovable elf in the Christmas special film Elf. His Bush impersonation was spot on and Anchorman, Old School and Talladega Nights, Stepbrothers are some of the funniest movies ever made. He was voted as Best Comedian in The Britesh GQ Maen of the Year 2015.

Discovered by comedy actor Eddie Murphy, Chris Rock is one of the best stand up comedians around and has won three Emmy awards till date In the 1980’s, he starred in small roles in New Jack City and I'm Gonna Git You Sucka. The comedian has recently signed a deal with Netflix to stage two comedy specials which is likely to debut sometime in 2017.

This funny actress is well known for her American comedy movies and seems to play the part of the dim-witted yet endearing and confident roles. There have been a string of hits behind her so far. There was the 2009 movie Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs, her role in the the Scary Movie films as Cindy Campbell, the 2008 The House Bunny, and even the 2005 Waiting. Currently she can be seen in the TV show Mum.
Rebel Wilson
This actress became a houehold named after her splendid performance as Fat Amy on the musical Pitch Perfect. She returned and rocked yet again on the Pitch Perfect sequel before featuring in the movie Bridesmaids. The funny actress is all set to return for a third Pitch Perfect movie soon.

We all know this funny actress from Glee but she’s made a bit of a name for herself in the movie world too. Perhaps one of the funniest movies in which she acted was the 2008 Role Models with Paul Rudd and Sean William Scott. There was also The 40 Year Old Virgin, and Wreck-It Ralph too!

She’s an Emmy-winning talk show host and there is no denying that she is one of the funniest woman on television today. Apart from her talk show, she has also done a few acting toles but her best ones include her role as the voice of Dory in the amazingly brilliant animated kids (but for adults too) movie Finding Nemo back in 2003.
