Wine is often referred to as the drink of the gods and not without reason. Today evening, presents an excellent opportunity for vino amateurs and budding connoisseurs of the fermented drink to understand more about the sophistication and a sense of understanding which automatically goes with the consumption of wine.
The International Centre Goa located in Dona Paula along with Sula Vineyards Pvt. Ltd. is co-organising a wine appreciation session today evening from 6 pm onwards. The session will not only include deliberations on all that goes with wine-making and appreciating of fine wines, but also help attendees understand other essential issues linked to wine making and drinking like pairing of foods with a range of wines.
