Zaira Wasim, the girl who played one of the young Phogat sisters in Aamir Khan's Dangal, courted another social media controversy when she took to offence to Sports Minister Vijay Goel's tweet mentioning her.It so happened that Goel inaugurated the India Art Fest in the national capital and tweeted, “This painting tells a story similar to @zairawasim, पिंजरा तोड़ कर हमारी बेटियां बढ़ने लगी हैं आगे | More power to our daughters!” He attached an image of him admiring a painting of a girl in hijab with a woman in cage. However Zaira was far from impressed with the comparison and replied accordingly. Minister Goel tried to clarify that he meant her no disrespect and tweeted “You have interpreted wrong. I appreciated your work and stated that evil and patriarchal notions must be discouraged.”
