Scrap all outdated laws promoting communalism

Prime Minister, Narendra Modi is still refusing to repeal the new farm laws by giving his own justifications despite of the ongoing mass protests held by different farmer groups in Delhi.

In fact, he has said that the new farm laws will help the farmers and give them direct guaranteed benefits in the long run and discard the middlemen.

He also said some laws that used to be good in the past century have become a burden in the present century and due to which such new reforms are very much needed as one can't dream of building a new century with such outdated old laws.

Well, what he has said might sound partly true but what about sedition laws of the British era which are still used to harass innocent citizens and to silence all forms of dissent in India?

What about religion based laws like CAA or NRC or the latest ones to prevent Love Jihad? Are all these laws of the 21st century?

I personally feel that the Centre should immediately stop enforcing or scrap all such laws first which are selectively used against certain communities for their own political survival.
