Well, Vijaibab apparently does not want to name the person working behind the scenes for the ruling party. Reason: This extra-constitutional authority has recently complained to a common friend that the Goa Forward Chief should not drag him into public domain. Why is Vijaibab hesitant in naming this extra-constitutional authority? Is it because he had shared a rapport with this leader? Or, is there something more than meets the eye?
