The BJP is leaving no stone unturned to wrest the Margao and Fatorda seats in the ensuing polls. A day after Chief Minister Pramod Sawant tried to woo Madgavkars and Fatordekars with ministerial berths for Babu Ajgaonkar and Damu Naik, none other than BJP National leader J P Nadda descended on the battlefield in the commercial capital to drum up support for the party candidates. The party seemed to have set its eyes on Navelim too.

When Congress leaders are descending in Goa in droves to campaign for the party candidate in the election fray, South Goa MP Francisco Sardinha headed to the national capital on Monday to attend the Parliament session.
