Is Varca strongman Bab Churchill confident that the Congress will stitch an alliance with the NCP for the 2022 polls? Well, seeking re-election from his home turf Benaulim, Churchilbab kicked off his campaign from Cana-Benaulim on the NCP banner. A huge banner of the NCP was prominently displayed in the backdrop, throwing up questions whether Churchillbab was confident of the Congress-NCP alliance.
