Where’s Dinesh Gundu Rao, the newly-appointed AICC General Secretary In-charge of Goa desk? Well, Congressmen seem to be anxiously waiting for Gundu, but he has still not made his presence felt in the state till date after his appointment. Gundu’s presence is eagerly awaited by Congressmen. It is months now since his predecessor Dr Chella Kumar had visited the state before the change in guard. It could not be ascertained whether Gundu is holed up in Karnataka or is preoccupied with personal matters. Wait and watch.
