The plant boasts of latest technology machines like ‘bag in box’, autocarton cutting-folding and gluing, substrate lamination, auto foil stamping,computer to plate making etc. The unitis accredited BRC/IOP which is food grade Certification.
Amol Borkar sheds more light. “Our Himachal plant startedwith a single line in 2005 and has five lines in operation today. We haveseparate in-house facilities for label printing and for fluted cartons. Wecater to a very wide range of product manufacturers and have immense scope forexpansion. The realty branch of Borkars “ ‘Akar Creations’ has set upresidential complexes with unique landscaping, making its own mark in Goa.‘Akar’ is now foraying into Mumbai, the largest real estate market in India andwith new generation of Borkars “ Rohit and Chinmay joining in. “ We are ready to scale new heights,” saysAvinash Borkar.
