Congress Benaulim candidate Tony Dias is very much pleased by the presence of party top leaders and the turnout of people at his meeting at Dando grounds earlier this week? In fact, Tony is of the strong opinion that Congress still has a strong base in Benaulim though the party has not won the seat in the last 20 years. Congress leaders in private say Tony is the best bet for the party in Benaulim since he had covered a lot of ground in the constituency before he embraced the party.
