Congress veteran Luizinhbab Faleiro seem to be going systematically about his work in Navelim. Unlike the past, the Navelim MLA now takes pains to keep the media abreast of works, power and water supply, besides road hot-mixing in his constituency. In times of Covid, Luizinhbab is going about his work with correspondence to the powers that be, only raising eyebrows within Congress circles and outside, whether Luizinhbab is preparing the groundwork for the 2022 battle when he was not keen on descending on the battlefield in 2017.
