Has GPCC Chief Girishbab Chodankar and the irrepressible Congress MLA Reginaldbab Lourenco finally buried their hatchet? The duo did not see eye to eye over the last four years over a host of issues, including differences over leadership. After the Curtorim MLA decided to stay put when Girishbab and Opposition leader Digambarbab Kamat visited Reginaldbab’s residence for a joint briefing on his birthday, the duo seem to have buried their hatchet. Congress leaders in private say that Girishbab now affectionately calls the Curtorim MLA by his nickname “Regi”. Any takers?
