Navelim MLA Luizinhbab Faleiro has a task at hand to shortlist a winnable candidate for the Navelim ZP election. With Mahila Congress chief Pratimabai Coutinho politely declining to throw her hat in the election fray, the responsibility now lies on Luizinhbab not just to finalise the candidate, but get the person elected. Result of the countermanded election for the Navelim ZP seat may be inconsequential with the BJP already in the South Goa ZP saddle.
