Cyclone Tauktae brought the duo face to face over the massive power outage in Navelim. While Pratimabai went to the town questioning Luizinhbab’s presence in the constituency, the veteran was quick to reply with documents to show he was coordinating with power officials from his office. Last month, Luizinhbab had rebutted Pratimabai’s accusations over the Salpem lake, giving no room for opponents to make inroads in his bastion. Any takers?
