Neither Opposition leader Digambarbab Kamat nor any of the party MLAs have so far taken on the Health Minister head-on, so much so that it was left to the South District Congress Chief Joebab Dias to target the Health Minister over the purchase of Ivermectin. Whether senior leaders roped in the district chief to issue the statement against the Health Minister remains unclear.
