A week after the High Command called GPCC chief Amitbab Patkar and his predecessor Girishbab Chodankar for talks in Delhi, sources said the process for the revocation of suspension of the five party leaders has been set in motion. Sources said Party Disciplinary Committee head veteran M K Sheikh is believed to have compiled a report and handed over the same to party chief on the issue after the five suspended leaders are believed to have sounded apologetic for the uproar in the Congress house. If sources are to be believed, the party leaders are bracing up for a membership drive, in a bid to strengthen the party across the nook and corners of the State. The website is being updated to facilitate an online membership drive.
