Where was Congress MLA Reginaldbab Lourenco when party leaders commemorated former PM Rajiv Gandhi’s death anniversary? Well, the three-time Curtorim MLA was not seen at the Congress House or at the District Congress office on Friday. Reginaldbab, however, took time off to visit GMC, Bambolim, to pay his respects to Rajiv Gandhi for ushering in human development during his stint as Prime Minister. By the way, Congress leaders and workers are trying to find out whether Reginaldbab has stopped visiting the party offices once again.
