Government College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Quepem defeated Shree Mallikarjun College of Arts and Commerce, Canacona by 32 runs in Goa University’s annual Inter-Collegiate Cricket Men’s Championship at Goa University Cricket Ground, Taleigao.
Government College of Arts, Science &Commerce, Quepem won the toss and elected to bat .
They put up 160 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in the alotted 20 overs. Rohit Kalmankar 66 (40) and Chandradeep Naik 26 (24) were the top scorers of the innings. Prathamesh Chari picked up 2 wickets for the Canacona college.
In reply, Shree Mallikarjun College of Arts and Commerce, Canacona were restricted to 128/8 in 20 overs. Kaushal Naik 49 (22), Kishan Gosavi 16 (31) were the main contributors for their side.

In the second match, MES Vasant Joshi College defeated PES's Shri Ravi S. Naik College of Arts and Science by 3 wickets.

Naik College of Arts and Science posted 151 runs for the loss of 8 wickets on the scoreboard in the 20 overs. Tuvish Gaonkar unbeaten 34 (19) and Bhavan Balekar 30 (25) were the highlight of their innings. Soaib Ansari earned 3 wickets while Ayush Sharma got 2 wickets.
MES Vasant Joshi College chased down the target which went down to the last over.
