Theaudio album features Goa’s nightingale Lorna rendering two solos adding valuefor money, ‘Mogacho Balo’ and ‘Mutt Bor Mati’. While Socorro de St. Cruz,Cajetan, Marcelino de Betim, Joseph, Bab Andrew and Baladin render the other 12solos.
Marcelino de Betim’s two solos, a comedy solo ‘Mobile’highlighting the benefits of mobile technology in a lighter vein while anothersolo ‘Bab Mathany’ pays tribute to late Mathany Saldanha are worth listening.Bab Andrew’s solo ‘Mog’ also makes pleasant listening. Socorro de St. Cruz’solo ‘M.Boyer’ pays rich tribute to the magician of the konkani stage. The lasttrack on the album ‘Mati’ has some meaningful lyrics and Socorro de St. Cruzmakes justice to the same.
Senior music director of the Konkani music world Babush hasscored the musical score for this album and enhanced the value of the lyricspenned by Joseph Noronha. The audio album is available on all music shops inthe state and in Mumbai as well.
