Alisha to lead Goa women’s handball team

Alisha Fernandes will lead the Goa women’s handball team at the 50th Women National Handball Championship to be held in Telangana from March 29 to April 2.

3-a-side tie-breaker: Ruff Boys emerge champs

MARGAO Ruff Boys of Calangute won the 7th all-Goa 3-a-side tie-breaker organised by St Joseph’s Old Boys Association (OBA) Calangute on the St Joseph’s HS ground in Calangute. A total of 56 teams participated in the tournament. The winners took home prize money of Rs 30,000 and a trophy. The runners-up were awarded Rs 20000 and a trophy.
