Fatorda Veterans registered a 2-0 win over XYZ Majorda Veterans to advance in the All Goa 24th Veterans Football Tournament, organised by Flame of Unity Sports Club, at the Per-Seraulim Mabai ground on Thursday.

In the second half, Fatorda Veterans upped the ante, with striker Francisco Calado scoring both goals to seal victory.

For his match-winning brace, Francisco Calado of Fatorda Veterans was declared Man of the Match. The award was presented by Blasco Fernandes.
