Curtorim Gymkhana advanced to the next round of the 47th St Joseph Festival Inter-Village Football Tournament 2026 with a convincing 2-0 victory over Navelim Villagers Union at the Dramapur Football Ground.
Curtorim Gymkhana took control early, with Melwin Fernandes opening the scoring in the 16th minute. Crizenl Pereira doubled the lead just four minutes later to put Curtorim firmly in command.
Navelim Villagers Union tried to stage a comeback after the break but struggled to find a way past the Curtorim defence. Gymkhana held on comfortably to secure a 2-0 victory and progress to the next round.
