Pravin Tyagi, Acting President of BVCI, and Vinod Phadke, Vice President of BVCI and President of the Goa Veterans Cricket Association, had an illustrious meeting with Sourav Ganguly, former BCCI President and former captain of Indian Team, in Dehradun on Wednesday.
The meeting heralded a momentous occasion as Ganguly has officially accepted the offer to become the brand ambassador for Bharat Veteran Premier League (BVPL). His enthusiasm and commitment towards the association have laid the foundation for a promising partnership.
During the meeting, he assured the BVPL leadership that he would provide all the necessary support to help the organization achieve its goals.
The inaugural function of BVPL is scheduled to take place on the December 10 in Uttarakhand. The event promises to be a grand affair, with dignitaries and cricketing luminaries in attendance. Notable guests at the inauguration will include Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports of India Anurag Thakur and Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Pushkar Singh Dhami, and numerous prominent figures from the world of cricket.
