Goa will approach the upcoming BCCI Senior Women's T20 League Elite Group competition with immense confidence after their fantastic performance to win the one-day Plate Group championship
in Bengal.
Adding advantage to Shikha Pandey's side is the fact that Goa will be playing the T20 league at home, from January 13-17 at GCA Academy ground, Porvorim. Two matches will be played on each day.
After a long tour of Bengal where Devieka Palshikaar-coached Goa played the Senior Women's One-day (Plate Group) League from December 6, with great success before landing at Dabolim airport on Wednesday afternoon; the team will take to practising for the upcoming T20 challenge after a
two-day rest.
The Elite Group A at the BCCI Senior Women's T20 League comprises hosts Goa, Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh
and Baroda.
