Harsh Patre has been named the captain of the State team for the final round of the Sub Junior Football Championship to be held in New Delhi from April 10 to 23.
The squad: Merrytone Fernandes, Vellyo Silva, Rahul Banshilal Choudari, Alloid Sammer Colaco, Stewart Francis D’Mello, Harsh Patre, Aman Jayprakash Bhore, Meldon Narciso Oliveira, Movin Gauncar, Melroy Borges, Gaurav Shankar Kotkar, Leon Sahil Sousa, Anthony Mark Fernandes, Steylon Alvencio Rodrigues, Venesto Djoy Borges, Rohit Chandrakant Naik, Chadel Nash Fernandes, Valentino Vincy Carvalho, Ryan Fernandes, Sanford Colaco; coach: Charles Dias, manager: Raju Banavalikar. Aman Bhore and Stewart D'Mello were to join the team on Saturday from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh where they attended the selection trials for the India Under-14 team.
