In the 18th minute, Marina's Ashvek Jadhav's well executed freekick dipped into the net leaving Loyola goalkeeper dazed. After taking the lead, Marina School defended stoutly and kept the slender lead intact. With time running out, Loyola scored the equaliser through Adriel Rodrigues before prevailing in the shootout. In the other semi-final, Our Lady of Rosary High School Fatorda blanked Our Lady of Poor High School 2-0. Yash Powar scored the first in the 15th minute while Sidney Dias made it 2-0 in the second session. Loyola face Our Lady of Rosary High School Fatorda in​ the finals on November 26.
