A fine unbeaten knock of 77 by Varun Gangodkar helped Manovikas High School to register a four-wicket win over Adarsh High School in the U-16 Dilip Sardesai inter-school cricket tournament organized by Goa Cricket Association at Arlem grounds.
Batting first Adarsh HS were bowled out for 163 runs in their innings which lasted just in 31.4 overs. In reply, Manovikas HS achieved the target in style with four wickets in hand. Varun was the top-scorer with 77 not out while Cullen Fernandes chipped in with 18. Earlier, Darshan and Walan claimed 3 wickets each.
