Competition directors of various sports disciplines, who have been included in the National Games Organising Committee 2019(NGOC), will meet in Goa from Oct 3-5.
The meeting has been scheduled to confirm the venue plans, the requirement of sports equipment, TSR (timings, scoring and results), competition management requirements, etc and will be addressed by Mukesh Kumar (chairman), S M Bali and Dhanraj Choudary who are members of the GTCC (Games Technical Conduct Committee).
On each of the three days, there will be introductory meetings from 9.30 am to 10.30 am at the Conference Hall, Dr S P M stadium, Goa University, followed by venue visits from 10.30 am to 1 pm. In the afternoon sessions (2.30 pm to 5 pm), there will be debriefing and review of venue visits. Except for Gymnastics and Kabaddi, names of all the other competition directors have been finalised by their respective federations.
