Pilerne Sports Club beat St Anthony’s SC Marna 2-0 in the 17th Vagator Soccer Cup 2015 at Vagator grounds on Sunday.

Pilerne were in control right from start as Anson D’Souza sent a through pass to Pio D’Souza, but his attempt on goal was saved by the Marna keeper.

In the 18th minute, Pio D’Souza made the most of a free-kick and gave Pilerne the much needed lead. The change of ends saw Pilerne buttressing their tally with an insurance goal.
