Pilerne Sports Club registered a thumping 4-1 win over St. Anthony’s SC Marna to storm into the finals of the Late Shruti Pednekar Memorial Soccer Trophy organised by Sodiem Siolim SCC at Khorier grounds, Sodiem here on Wednesday.
Pilerne went into the breather with a 2-1 lead. Dwayne and Saurav scored for Pilerne while Anselem pulled a goal for St. Anthony’s Marna. On crossing over Pilerne carried on their onslaught and pumped in two more goals through Anson and Sanket to make it 4-1.
