Ishita sets up U-19 girls title clash with Neeza

Top seed Aaron Farias and second seed Chandan Caro stormed into the U-19 boys final at the All Goa Major Ranking Table Tennis Tournament, being held at the Sports Complex, Ponda.
Aaron defeated Rishan Shaikh 3-1 in the semifinals, while Chandan overcame a spirited challenge from Vedant Wagle with a 3-1 win. In the U-19 girls category, top seed Ishita Colaso continued her dominant run, beating Urvi Surlakar 3-0 to set up a title clash with Neeza Kamat, who downed Sanisha Sinha with an identical scoreline.
Ishita is now on course for a double crown as she also advanced to the U-15 girls final after a commanding 3-0 win over Tisha Shaikh. She will face Aarna Lotlikar, who got past Gianna George 3-1 in the other semifinal.
Notably, Chandan Caro too remains in contention for a double title, having already reached the U-15 boys final.
The tournament is being organised by Ponda Table Tennis Sports Club in association with the Goa Table Tennis Association.
