St Aloysius High School, Benaulim overcome Shishu Vikas High School, Rawanfond 4-3 to emerge champions of the Salcete Taluka Under 14 Handball boys event organized by Directorate of Sports and Youth
Affairs at SAG Sports Complex, Fatorda.
In an interesting tussle, the Benaulim school converted goals at crucial moments to lift the title. Lensolar Souza and Umesh Raut excelled for the Benaulim school.
In the semi finals, St Aloysius High School defeated St Anthony’s
High School, Majorda while Shishu Vikas beat Our Lady of Rosary High School, Nuvem. St Anthony’s secured third place.
