In the second semi-finals played on Saturday, St Joseph's Arpora defeated St Anthony's High School, Duler 1-0 with Topan Minz scoring the all-important goal as he kept up his excellent form shown during the entire tournament Altogether he scored 7 goals in 4 matches till the semi-finals. Finals of this tournament is schedule on Sept 18 at 9.30am at the same venue.
Keith Desouza (23) from Mapusa, took his maiden podium in his debut race in the Formula 1600 category of the National Racing Championships held in Chennai on Friday. He also got the award for the fastest lap in the race with a lap time of 1:40.690 .
