Curtorim Gymkhana defeated Uguem Rising Club 4-2 to enter the quarterfinals of the Vaidya Family inter-village football tournament at Cuncolim School ground on Sunday.

Anslem Fernandes scored a hat-trick for Curtorim Gymkhana while Aslam Shah of Uguem scored a self-goal. For Uguem Rising, Ashley Carvalho and Handlee Carvalho scored a goal each. Anslem Fernandes was adjudged as Man of the Match.
