Government High School Morpirla Under-14 girls team emerged champions in Yoga at the taluka level organised by the Directorate of Sports & Youth Affairs. Headmistress Morena Miranda congratulated the students for their success and urged the students to make physical fitness a part of their daily life.
MARGAOPope John XXIII High School Quepem won the Quepem Taluka U17 Boys Table Tennis Championship defeating Our Lady Mother of the Poor High School Tilamol 3-0 at Indoor stadium Quepem Taluka. In the first singles, Aleazer defeated Aditya 11-4, 11-6. In the second singles, Aston defeated Cassius 8-11, 13-11, 11-7. In the third singles, Fane defeated Matheen 11-9, 11-7. Pope John XXIII High School Quepem will represent Quepem Taluka in the district Tournament.
